Monthly Breath Class
Facilitated by Samvedam Randles
Breathwork as a self-help healing method using a combination of breath,
music, sound, and the presence of a facilitator to give each client an
experience of Self. Using techniques from bioenergetics, massage, and
meditation, clients are taught a circular breathing method called, the
connected breath. With the energy of breath, the participant embarks on
an inner journey into one's soul.
Learning conscious connected breathing in a safe environment enables
clients to strengthen their relaxation response, let go of tension, and
use the energy and rhythm of the breath to connect with their deepest
and most spiritual selves. This experience is the foundation of
psychological and spiritual integration. Each Breathwork session is
different and regular practice will enhance general health, promote
well-being and connection with ones Self.
Whether you have never experienced the power of connected breathing or
practice regularly and would appreciate the support of a facilitator,
You are invited to join Samvedam Randles for the monthly breathwork class offered at The Arlington Center in Arlington, MA. For more information you may email Samvedam directly.

Emotional Re-Education Workshop
March 16th - 18th in Essex, MA
If you've participated in this workshop before, you know that this weekend retreat of self discovery and connection, led by April Prita Manganiello, provides a safe environment to explore old emotional hurts, decisions, and beliefs - cutting through the stuck places that inhibit your ability to live fully in yourself and to give and receive love. "It is a process of recognizing, releasing, and re-framing," explains Prita. "You will be encouraged to challenge limited self-beliefs and definitions and to try on new attitudes and ways of being."
This workshop provides a healing space to melt traumas, whether from intrusions, absences, betrayals, illnesses, accidents, or losses that have been frozen in our bodies. Designed for intense emotional exploration, release, and re-education, this workshop is intended for participants who currently have the regular support of a therapist or coach. The processes are facilitated in a group setting, where we realize our concerns are shared and that we can be supported by others. It is also an opportunity to experience non-invasive bonding, a basic human need sorely neglected in our culture.

Parenting As Path
One Day Workshop with Follow-up Consult Included
Tomorrow is the Spelling Bee. You know your child can win and it would make him so happy - and validate your decision to spend extra time on his weekly words. But he is in his room alternately whining and stomping and saying he won't go to the Bee. You gently encourage him, patiently telling him for the umpteenth time that he is the best and to just imagine how happy he will be when he wins.
But underneath the calm encouragement, you are anxious and full of dread - can't he just do this!
Sound familiar? Children possess the unique talent to trigger parents to their most un-balanced selves, as few other things do during adult life. The incomparable love that is parenting stirs emotions within that we often do our best to keep under wraps. However, those feelings hold a key to our true parental wisdom. This Parenting as Path workshop will assist you to explore both the feelings and deep voice of clarity hidden within. When we uncover that rich voice, we find our internal guide to clear, supportive, and non-resentful action as parents.
Join Parenting Consultant, Beth Sutton for this one-day adventure with a follow consult included. Through activities and discussion, we will seek to enliven our lives and enjoy our children as we walk the path of parenting.
